1. Applicable fields and product standards

The product is produced in accordance with the Chinese national standard fastener specifications. The countersunk head has a Phillips self-drilling structure. After locking, the screw head is completely embedded inside the plate, and the surface is smooth and has no bulges. 2. Material Selection and Production Process

The raw material is high-quality carbon steel and the overall quenching heat treatment is used. The hardness of the drill point cutting edge reaches the standard, the drilling is sharp, and the drilling is resistant to chipping or break at the drill point. Production process: Ten processes including rough drawing of raw materials, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, point forming, thread rolling, heat treatment processing, zinc plating, and packaging. The Phillips recesses are tightly interlocked, and the screwdriver operation is not easy to slip and recess damage; the thread pattern is regular, screwed into the base material, and the bite is firm, and it is resistant to loosening after long-term vibration. The blue zinc coating is dense and uniform.
