1. Product application and selection criteria

This product is a U-shaped fastening bolt, produced according to industry standard drawings. It is a special fastener for pipe fixing, steel structures, photovoltaic brackets, engineering machinery, plumbing pipelines, and bridge guardrail installation. It relies on the U-shaped surrounding structure to lock round pipes. It has been exported to overseas infrastructure markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa for a long time. 2. Raw materials and production processes

The raw materials are Q235 and 35K high-quality carbon steel, and grade 4.8 and grade 8.8 materials are optional. Production process: round steel cutting → bending and forming → thread rollingtapping → surface anti-corrosion treatment. The U-shaped bend is formed in one piece by cold bending. There is no cracking or stress deformation during bending, and the surrounding force is even. The threads at both ends are full and smooth, and they engage tightly with the matching nuts. The locking is not easy to slip and chip. The dimensions are strictly based on the bending distance, rod length, and hole diameter parameters in the drawing to ensure a tight fit with the corresponding steel pipe.

3. Surface treatment and product advantages

In stock is divided into two types of surface technology: the natural black oxide version is cost-effective and suitable for fixing indoor equipment and factory pipelines; the hot-dip galvanized version has a thick and dense zinc layer and is resistant to seaside salt spray and outdoor acid rain corrosion.
