1. Applicable fields

It is specially developed for conventional thickness insulation sandwich panels and is mostly used for insulated roofs of steel structure factories, insulated roofs of warehouses, and small photovoltaic shed enclosures. It adopts a single-section structure with teeth in the front section and a smooth rod in the middle. The smooth section of the screw passes through the insulation layer without tearing the rock wool and prevents the color steel panel from being pushed up when locking the tiles. It is a standard fastener for thin insulation board projects.

2. Material selection process

Selected raw materials from large steel mills can easily drill through multiple layers of iron sheets. Production process: eleven processes of rough drawing of raw materials, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, point forming, thread rolling, heat treatment processing, zinc plating, washer assembly, and packaging. The smooth shaft in the middle runs smoothly through the insulation cotton without squeezing or deforming the board; the transparent gasket is light and compact, meets the assembly requirements of the sandwich panel, and will not bulge and damage the colored steel.

3. Product advantages

Single-section segmented tooth-proof roof tiles: The toothless polished rod design in the middle does not chew up cotton or lift up the colored steel during the locking process, reducing roof bulging and leakage problems from the source.

Multi-length covered thin insulation board: full size range in stock matches the mainstream 50-80mm sandwich panels on the market, making purchasing and stocking simple.

Dacromet coating can be replaced in coastal high corrosion conditions.

4. Quality control and after-sales

Engineering standing inventory is available, and large-volume engineering orders are prioritized for production and delivery. The straightness of the shaft, the strength of the drill point, and the adhesion of the coating are tested at the factory, and defective products with bent rods and incomplete tooth shapes are strictly controlled. It can be supplied in complete sets with short roof drill points, supports nonstandard lengthened customization, and can stably meet long-term replenishment of various construction projects.
