1. Applicable fields and product standards

This product is produced according to the Chinese national standard specification for dry wall screws. It is available in both fine and coarse threads. It has a tapered countersunk head structure. After locking, the screw head sinks completely into the gypsum board and paper wallboard. It mainly focuses on the construction of light steel keels + gypsum board partition walls and suspended ceilings. It is also used for woodworking boards, density boards, home interior decoration, and cabinet assembly. 2. Raw materials and production processes

The raw material is high-quality carbon steel. The production process includes nine processes: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, zinc plating, and packaging. The Phillips recess depth is standard and suitable for universal Phillips bits. It is not easy to slip and chip when installed in large quantities. The fine tooth model is suitable for lightweight base materials such as gypsum board, and the coarse tooth model has stronger screw strength to fasten solid wood and particle board. The black phosphated surface is dense, less oily and matte, and the installation will not pollute the paint surface of the board.
