1. Applicable fields and product standards

This product follows the drywall screw industry production specifications and has a tapered countersunk head Phillips recess structure. After tightening, the screw head sinks completely into the gypsum board and wooden board. The fine-thread model is mainly used for light steel keels + gypsum board partitions and ceilings; the coarse-thread model is suitable for the assembly of density boards, solid wood, and cabinet boards. 2. Raw materials and production processes

The raw material is high-quality carbon steel. The production process includes nine processes: raw material rough drawing, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, zinc plating, and packaging. The fine pitch of the teeth is very close to prevent the gypsum board from cracking under pressure.
