1. Applicable fields

It is specially developed for customized high-density fiberboard, particle board, solid wood, multi-layer board, cabinet body and whole house furniture. 2. Raw materials and production processes

It is made of high-quality carbon steel, which is formed by tapered countersunk headcold heading, Phillips recess stamping, thickened and deep thread rolling, tip self-tapping taper tip forming, and color zinc plated electroplating. The deep thread and thick thread design, the thread body is wide and thick, and it is not easy to break the edge or split the board when screwed into the high-density board; the countersunk head has a smooth cone surface and is completely embedded in the board after locking; the color zinc plated coating is dense.
