1. Applicable fields and Chinese national standard basis

This product is produced in strict accordance with Chinese national standard GB/T6177.1-2000. It comes with an integrated flanged anti-slip serrated washer face, which eliminates the need for additional installation of a flat washer and provides stronger locking friction. It is widely used in photovoltaic brackets, automobile chassis, sheet metal chassis, door and window steel structures, mechanical equipment, and outdoor guardrail assembly; the zinc plated carbon steel version is used for indoor conventional mechanical fixing and is a high-frequency supporting fastener for electromechanical and steel structure engineering.

2. Raw materials and production processes

Divided into two major material production lines:

304 stainless steel model: stainless steel wire cold heading is formed in one piece, flange face rolling anti-slip serrations, precision 6H internal thread tapping, mirror polishing treatment, anti-rust and corrosion resistance;

Low-carbon steel model: cold heading forming, flange anti-slip serration stamping, precision thread tapping, zinc plating, high cost-effectiveness, suitable for indoor working conditions. The integrated flange structure does not require secondary assembly. The hex across-flats, thickness, and flange diameter are strictly in accordance with the Chinese national standard drawings, and the threads engage smoothly without slipping.
