1. Applicable fields

Black EPDM rubber mats are mainly used for open-air color steel sheds, factory floors, and outdoor enclosures, and are waterproof and anti-seepage; transparent PVC mats are mostly used for indoor light steel keels, door and window sub-frames, and electromechanical iron sheet assembly. One screw is dual-purpose to cover indoor and outdoor thin panel fastening scenarios. It is a universal fastener for civil steel structures and home decoration. It has long been exported to Southeast Asia and the Middle East hardware and building materials market. It comes with a shaped drill point, eliminating the need for pre-drilling holes, which greatly improves construction efficiency.

2. Raw materials and production processes

High-quality 22A carbon steel is selected, and the quenching of the drill point section is strengthened. The drill hole is sharp and is resistant to chipping at the tip and break at the drill point. The production consists of eleven processes including rough drawing of raw materials – annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading forming, tail point forming, screw thread rolling, heat treatment modulation and processing, blue-white zinc plated electroplating, washer assembly, and packaging. The hex flange face is neat, and the socket wrench locks evenly without slipping; the threads are full and engage tightly; the two types of rubber pads are suitable for different working conditions in the open air and indoors, and are firmly bonded and not easy to fall off.

3. Product core advantages

Double rubber pads can be selected as needed: black EPDM rubber is UV-resistant, anti-aging, sealed and waterproof when exposed to rain in the open air; transparent PVC pads are lightweight and cost-effective in dry indoor environments.

The whole body has full teeth and strong locking force: the entire rod is covered with threads, and the iron sheet and the steel keel engage tightly, making it difficult to loosen and fall off under strong wind and vibration conditions.

The blue-white zinc plated layer is dense and can isolate water vapor. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. In coastal high-humidity and corrosive environments, it can be upgraded to Dacromet coating.
