1. Applicable fields and Chinese national standard basis

This product complies with Chinese national standard GB52-1976 and is a universal standard thickness hex lock nut. It is suitable for most conventional assembly scenarios and has strong versatility. It is widely used in mechanical equipment, steel structure brackets, photovoltaic brackets, furniture hardware, doors and windows, auto parts, electrical chassis, infrastructure projects, etc.; the stainless steel version is suitable for outdoor, coastal, humid acid-base environments, and the zinc plated carbon steel version is used for indoor conventional equipment fixation. It is a universal basic accessory in the fastener industry and is exported to overseas hardware markets in large quantities.

2. Raw materials and production processes

Divided into two major material production lines:

304 stainless steel model: stainless steel sheet cold heading is formed in one piece, 6H precision internal thread tapping, smooth thread without burrs, resistant to corrosion, acid and alkali;

Low-carbon steel model: cold heading forming, precision tapping, zinc plated/black oxide surface treatment, suitable for indoor dry conditions. The hexagonal edge, thickness, and internal thread size are strictly in accordance with the Chinese national standard drawings. The hexagonal surface is flat, the socket wrench is evenly stressed and not easy to slip. The thread precision is high, and it meshes tightly with the standard bolt without slipping.
