Hex thin nut

1. Applicable fields and Chinese national standard basis

This product is produced in strict compliance with the Chinese national standard GB/T6172.1-2000. It has a thin hex structure and is only half the thickness of an ordinary hex nut. It is suitable for assembly scenarios with narrow installation space and limited thickness. It is widely used in precision instruments, electromechanical equipment, hydraulic accessories, automobile sheet metal, photovoltaic brackets, furniture hardware, and supporting locking of steel structures. The zinc plated carbon steel version is used for indoor conventional mechanical assembly and is exported to overseas hardware markets in batches all year round.

2. Raw materials and production processes

Produced in two materials:

304/316 stainless steel model: stainless steel wire cold heading forming, precision tapping, smooth thread without burrs, acid and alkali resistance and rust prevention;

Low-carbon steel model: cold heading forming, precision tapping, zinc plating treatment, high cost-effectiveness, suitable for indoor use. Production process: hex cold heading forming → precision tapping of the inner hole → surface plating, the hexagonal dimensions and thickness are strictly in accordance with the Chinese national standard drawings, the thread accuracy is 6H, and the bolts are locked smoothly and non-slip.
