It is a standard fastener for outdoor infrastructure projects. 2. Material selection and precision manufacturing process
The product is made of Q235 and 35CR high-quality carbon steel raw materials, and is divided into two grades: Level 4 conventional and Level 8 high-strength, adapting to different working conditions of light and heavy loads. The entire production is under automatic control, and after raw material cutting, cold heading hexagonal molding, high-precision CNC tapping, and finished product screening, it is uniformly hot-dip zinc plated. The internal thread adopts precision thread rolling technology, with uniform and full tooth profile, accurate pitch, and smooth engagement with the matching bolts. The locking is not easy to slip and chip, and the dimensional tolerance is strictly in line with the drawing standards. Compared with zinc plated nuts, the hot-dip galvanized coating is thick and dense, and the zinc layer thickness reaches the standard, which improves the corrosion resistance from the root.
