1. Applicable fields and Chinese national standard basis

This product is produced in strict compliance with GB/T845-1985 Chinese national standard. It has an arc pan head and Phillips recess structure. It mainly assembles plastic parts, density boards, solid wood, boards, home appliance plastic casings, and small hardware. The bottom hole needs to be pre-made in advance before use, and the full-thread thread is used for screwing and locking. 2. Raw materials and production processes

High-quality carbon steel is selected, and the production process includes nine processes: raw material rough drawing-annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading forming, screw thread rolling, heat treatment modulation, zinc plating, and packaging. The pan head has a rounded arc and will not bulge and scratch the paint surface of the workpiece after assembly; the thread profile is fine and sharp, and it is not easy to crack when screwed into wood or plastic; the blue-white zinc plated coating is uniform and dense, isolating water vapor and oxidation, and is durable in normal indoor humid environments.
