1. Applicable fields and product standards

This product is produced according to the Chinese national standard self-drilling screw specification. It has an integrated washer flange structure. It increases the pressure-bearing area and disperses the compression stress when fastening. It is widely used in light steel keels, electrical appliance sheet metal, door and window accessories, iron chassis, light guardrails, and color steel lining plate assembly. It is exported to the hardware and building materials markets of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa all year round. It has a built-in drill point, eliminating the need for pre-drilling holes. It can directly drill through cold-rolled steel sheets and zinc plated sheets. 2. Material Selection and Production Process

The raw material is high-quality carbon steel and has undergone overall quenching heat treatment. The drill point cutting edge has strong hardness, and the drilling is sharp and will not easily chip at the tip or break at the drill point. Production process: Ten processes including rough drawing of raw materials, annealing, phosphating, fine drawing, cold heading, point forming, thread rolling, heat treatment, zinc plating, and packaging. The flange washer and screw are integrally formed, eliminating the need for a separate washer assembly process; the cross-recess groove type is standard, and it is equipped with a universal cross-bit bit, which is not easy to slip during disassembly and assembly; the thread pitch is in line with the Chinese national standard, and the screw-in steel sheet has a firm bite and is resistant to loosening under long-term vibration conditions. The blue zinc coating is dense and uniform.
